Tusdeer Bonded and Re-Export Zone

In 1999, Saudi Trade and Export Development Co. “Tusdeer” was established to develop and operate the first Bonded and Re-export Zone in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. Tusdeer entered into a BOT agreement (Build, Operate and Transfer) with the Saudi Port Authority to reclaim, develop and operate One Million square meters of land as a customs duty-free special economic zone catering to the needs of International trade and local businesses.

Tusdeer BRZ is a success story in its own right. Being positioned in the leading economy of the region and located within one of the premier ports along with its affiliate Red Sea Gateway Terminal, it provides a thriving integrated logistics hub on the strategically vital coasts of the Red Sea while adding to the capacity and capabilities of Jeddah Islamic Port and creating new opportunities for economic growth in the region.

Among top services and facilities that TUSDEER customers enjoy at (TUSDEER) include custom duty exemption, savings on demurrage and rentals, consolidation, packing, re-packaging and re-stickering inside TUSDEER for the purpose of releasing the cargo to Saudi local market or for re-export to international markets. Also TUSDEER customers can combine cargo from local market suppliers with cargo stored inside TUSDEER for re-export purposes.

Tusdeer is a private company owned jointly by SISCO (a prominent public listed company in the Kingdom) and Xenel Group (a leading business house in the region)
